I'm actually getting into the "habit" of going to the gym on certain days. And as I'm a creature of habit, this is a good thing.
I'm easily on track to hit 215 by October 31. If I went for 210, based on my current trend i'd miss it by a pound or two. But the real question is: can I hit 200 by New Year's?
