Another pound gone. I missed my goal (to be 225 by GenCon) by three weeks, but I'm still progressing. I'm going to have to see if I have any pants for work left in a smaller size or go shopping. There are a lot of worse reasons to spend money.


My next goal is 215 by Halloween, and depending on how I do at that, 200 by New Year's might be possible. If not New Year's, definately by my birthday.
