Religious Reicht get to appoint a new Nazgul

Supreme Court Justice O'Connor announced her retirement. I was really hoping we would make it through Bush's reign without him and his handlers getting to appoint a new justice, or at least it would just be to replace Rehnquist, who is a staunch conservative. But to lose a moderate really sucks. Because you know the RR will push their agenda of school prayer and coat-hanger abortion once they hold the balance on the court.
