That's a really short version of the Keirsey Temprament Sorter (http://www.keirsey.com/) which is a relative of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Basically the deadlines question is the Judging/Perceiving scale, the second question is the Thinking/Feeling scale and the third question is the Intuition/Sensing scale.
